It's a nicely tucked away shopping center rather than mall.. if a sign was posted near the road advertising the stores, perhaps more customers would stop by.. half the time I drive by stores or restaurants and had no idea they existed.
The end with Agway True Value and Joanne's Fabrics is fairly newly rennovated. Agway in particular is an AWESOME hardware store.
The shopping center is outdated, and has only a few stores left in it. There are open empty spaces where there used to be stores, and some of the stores are rather run-down. The Joann Fabrics is great and super conveniently located, and there are a few other stores that are useful but on the whole the shopping center is not as high-end as you would expect in Ithaca. However if you need to go to the stores it is not a bad place to go and get the items you need. The Japanese Steakhouse, Sumo, is absolutely fantastic, and a must eat at.
We usually only come here to go to Sumo, but I know they have other good food options and Big Lots have decent inexpensive furniture.
I go to big lots when I visit this shopping plaza and I love big lots Clarence however for an outlet store I find their prices on most items high!!
