THIS MAN IS A LIAR DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HIM...He is not a man of his word and he sold me a lemon!!!! I will forever tell people about him because he took my kindness as a weakness...TEX everyone will know u are not a man of your word...I promise you that!!!!! I pressed one star because it wouldn't let me post other wise but he deserve no star...TRUST ME..I'm paying a loan with no car because the bottle is rested out and he knew it!
My heat shield just partially broke off of my car while I was literally right next to this repair shop. It should be a simple 2 minute fix to wire it up as a temporary fix (that I'd be willing to pay for). The guy who owns this shop had no one inside and when I asked for help he said he's busy and to get out of his driveway because he had a paying customer coming in shortly. He told me to just "let it break off" and that "he has a business to run here".
I never said I wouldn't pay. The response from the owner made me 100% sure that I will never give my patronage to this business.
Friendly service, no upsale, only place I trust in ithaca.
Stopped by to set up an appointment. He stopped what he was doing, looked at the problem and did the quick fix while I waited. Great service.
A single mother of 3 bought a complete lemon from this guy! The tape wore off after the lemon law expire. She tried to work with him. He laughed in her face said too bad. Shame on this place. NEVER BUY HERE
