What makes Patterson's different--and, in my opinion, superior?
I appreciate the transparent and honest way they run their business. Sure, they could probably talk me into more work than necessary, but it's clear they don't; for that reason, they will have my future business. It's that simple. I feel fortunate to have found a shop that takes what they do seriously and treats their customers honestly.

Good people. They know what they're doing, are super communicative, didn't try to up-sell me, and just generally had excellent customer service, which is very unusual for mechanics in my experience. Wholeheartedly recommend.
2. Middle: I receive an estimate before work begins and get updates along the way when things go as planned or when Patterson's finds additional issues. Patterson's asks whether I want to proceed if the costs will exceed what we've already discussed.
1. Beginning: when I drop my vehicle, Patterson's is clear about when they expect to get to my vehicle.
Went in for what I thought was a flat because of a nail head in the tread of one of my tires. Turned out the issue was actually the manufacturer not putting any bead sealant on the tire at all. They diagnosed it immediately and squeezed me in during the last few hours of the work day. The guys there are straightforward and helpful. Would recommend
Patterson's has the best communication of any service station I've ever used for my vehicles. Via phone calls and/or text messages, I get updates at all the critical points in the process:
3. End: I get a clear indication of exactly when my vehicle is ready and how much the work cost.
I've taken two of my vehicles (a 1966 Jeep and a 2007 Toyota FJ Cruiser) to Patterson's: I'm pleased with the quality of the work, the fair rates, and the communication. As you read the rest of this review, it might be helpful to know that I do much of my own auto repairs but have limited time, tools, and even knowledge to do all the repairs needed on my own vehicles.
For my two vehicles, Patterson's has been my go-to shop from 2015 - the present. I've previously tried a dealership in town, a muffler shop, and another independent auto repair shop. Patterson's is by far the best.
