This is the best animal hospital in the world. If you want your pet treated like a person, take him/her here. Their staff is first rate, the surgeons are world class and their post-op care is phenomenal. They also have an amazing diagnostic system...they figured out in 1 hour what my local vets couldn't figure out in weeks--not their fault, they are great docs, it's just that Cornell is outstanding.
Compassionate care every step of the way. We have been so happy with everyone that we have dealt with here. They have treated our Caesar as if he was their own dog. The care is top notch. Every Doctor, Surgeon, Student Doctor, etc. has been so helpful and caring regarding our boys cancer treatment. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again for any of our pets. Regular updates while Caesar is hospitalized are so reassuring. The staff is available to answer questions at all times. Every step of the way, the treatment and options have been thoroughly explained to us.
The doctors and staff were so kind and loving to my Molly and Sally and took such wonderful care of them. When it was time for their final rest everyone at Cornell treated us with such compassion.
Had to go a different path could not leave my Buddy in pain that long.
We took our dog there for a TPLO consultation and operation we saw Dr Tarricone and Dr menard we were very satisfied with their exam and advise. They told us to make an appointment for surgery, we were on our way to help our mastiff out of pain. We called Monday for an appointment and were told the next available time was 14 weeks away.
In closing again We say very satisfied with both doctors very knowledgeable and thorough in setting us in the right path. 5 STARS for them!!!!!!!!!!!
Cornell Companion Animal Hospital was amazing with their care and treatment of our 1 year old Cocker Spaniel who sadly received a broken hind leg last week. The staff and model of care (Attending Dr., Resident, Orthopedic Surgeon and 4th year Vet Student) were amazingly professional, knowledgeable and caring. We can't thank all of them enough, especially Matthew, the 4th year Vet student who was assigned to our team and who called us twice a day for 4 days to update us on Lizzie's condition as well as providing thorough discharge instructions for home care. We would recommend veterinary care here for any circumstance. Thank you!
