Update: We got the equipment delivered today. It's awesome. Advantage does do a stellar job at sales, service and delivery / setup. I was just frustrated at communication regarding delivery.
The person responsible for delivery of expensive equipment, Marty Seamon is awful. He is totally unresponsive, claims he'll schedule a delivery and never does, and lets weeks go by without communicating. I'm ready to cancel our $3000 equipment order because we can't get it delivered.
Sales person Lou Greco is very good and responsive. Service manager Jim Rohan is also good and responsive although he refused to service a machine we were going to buy from a competitor, which is not good.
Awesome place.
