The shop and employees are the real deal. Most if not all of the staff are real runners, some at a high competitive level. Ian (the owner) is a huge supporter and organizer of local and regional races. Would totally recommend any race he is organizing. They sell quality stuff, and are not a big discounter, but if you're looking for advice and good products they're a good fit. Helped me find arch supports when I was having some foot pain, which has improved things. They also have a good variety of GU packets / race food products.
I shop FLR&T regularly because I like their friendly and informative service. I stopped buying my shoes online and now buy only at the store because their prices are competitive, there are no shipping fees, and if there are size issues with new models, they re-order immediately. We're lucky to have a running store of this quality in Ithaca.
Great for runners and their variety of shot blocks. Not much bike stuff for a tri store. Their main focus seems to be running and swimming.
