I love Viva for the following; cheapest good food on or near the Commons, fun cocktails, and they don't just allow your dog on their outside area, they cater to them! They each get a fresh water bowl and some heavy petting from the staff.
Awesome customer service. Price is affordable and presentation of the food is phenomenal but I didn't like the taste that much (It's inspired by California-Mexican food but not even close to it). Anyways is a cool place to go and hangout, drink margaritas and have a good time with friends.
Great food! The servers and bartenders are really nice. Expect to wait if you're going to the full service side, but just know that it's worth it!
Stopped for a little dinner and drinks last Tuesday. The place was really hopping but we were seated almost immediately. I had a delicious lime margarita and our dinner was yummy too. Not a big menu but our orders were fresh and delicious. As I said the place was busy but our servers to great care of us I would definitely go back. Sit outside if you can it's a great place to people-watch.
Diva is good, but they are not great. The food is passable, but it is much more Tex-Mex than it is Mexican. It is one of the only Mexican places in the area, so many people decide to go there, but it's food lacks flavor at times. The wait is very long for a table unless you go almost at closing, but they have great outdoor seating and a great Ambiance. The bar drinks are delicious, and it's definitely a good experience, I would just say the food is not quite up to standards. If you had real Mexican at any point, this will taste very Bland to to you. However if you are looking for a fun place to go with friends, to get drinks and some appetizers, this is a great choice for a Friday night. Especially during the spring and summer months when you can sit outside and people watch. Overall I recommend, just be prepared for middle of the road Mexican food.
