Every time I go to Arby's there out of roast beef by 8 and there suppose to be a roast beef restaurant. Not! This was the third time three strikes, don't plan on ever going back, and will let all I know about it!
Very disappointed with my last two visits to the Arby's at the pyramid mall in ithaca....both visits the French fries were like they were made about two hours before...my beef and cheddar sandwich wasn't that good either....Both times the help was playing around, not really very professional...they were making so much noise, that my wife and I moved to a different area....don't think I'm going back.....
