Seth and his crew were extremely careful in the move and didn't scratch a single thing. He made sure to let me know that they were running late, and I completely understand as it was the moving season. The crew were very friendly and always smiling, which made the move very smooth. They were also flexible with the payment, as the move lasted a bit longer than anticipated and didn't complain when I asked if I could bring the money the next day. I highly and strongly recommend Gorilla Fit movers! Best of luck Seth!
Seth and his team are friendly, polite and courteous. They arrived two and a half hours late from the original schedule. The team was supposed to arrive at 9am, and around 9:45 we called to inquire. We were told to expect them at 11am. They arrived at 11:30.
The first major issue is that the team didn't arrive with all of the tools needed to do the job. They had only one hex key for the team, and I had to fetch additional keys for the job. They didn't come with basic supplies like tape, wrapping paper, bags..
We were quoted $75/hour for a 2 person crew. Gorilla arrived with 3 persons and charged us $680 for 5 hours. I'm not sure how that math works out, but I cut the check to be done with it.
The second major issue is that the team wasn't able to complete the job independently. In the past, I've used Zolar, who have been impeccable. This crew was unable to disassemble/reassemble furniture without both physical assistance to move and assistance in the assembly itself. I spent more than an hour of billable time helping the team perform their job. Worst, the team's power tools gave out toward the end, stripping screws and keys and leaving some of my furniture permanently unserviceable unless I hire a specialist to come extract the stripped screws and do the job correctly.

They are absolutely great. Very fast and effective. They magically fit everything into a U-Box that I never imagined would be possible. Very nice and friendly. Just perfect. Everything you need to help you move with a fair and reasonable price.
Everyone on the Gorilla team is friendly, personable and likable. I just don't think they're in the right line of business.

Had arranged for movers to be here at 9am. At 9:15, I started calling to see where they were. At 9:30 I got a text that they were 45 mins away.... I told them I would call someone else. Time wasted after I took time off to meet them.
After receiving their requirements of hour minimum which was 3, we did not feel we needed them that long, so we decided to not set a date. The day of our move as we were driving to Ithica from Philadelphia, I decided to reach out to Seth for help. He responded with I can help you and was cool with waiving the 3 hour minimum. He and TB showed up on time, knocked it out in less time then we thought. His prices are ridiculously fair. Seth and TB were friendly, courteous and knew what they were doing. Would use them over and over again!!!!
The third major issue is that much of the reassembled furniture post-move is now in sub optimal condition. A bunk-bed that should be stable is wobbly. A desk that should be stable rocks with every key stroke.
