We were in town for a very exciting meeting with clever and creative folks at Cornell, with participants from all over the USA and also visiting from Lithuania. Our room in the Carriage House was spacious and very comfortable, but the breakfasts were EXCEPTIONAL! Scrambled eggs were the fluffiest and best I've ever had, and the fresh-based scones were equally delicious. It might seem to be putting the cart before the horse to argue that folks should consider booking a place to sleep based on breakfast, but in this case it's totally justified. This is a FANTASTIC place both to stay... and to EAT! Thanks to our hosts for astute local information and a great experience all round!

We had a great stay here. The owners met us when we arrived and were very inviting. Both the bedroom and common spaces were clean and well decorated. The room had all of the benefits of a standard hotel, like TV, toiletries, and WiFi plus a page private balcony. There was a personal book of pastries waiting for or party in the kitchen the next morning. The kitchen was extremely well stocked with both food and appliances. The location as a short, albeit hilly walk from the Ithaca Commons. There was plenty of both on and off street parking. Overall, we had a great stay and would highly recommend the Inn on Columbia to anyone who can handle not being right downtown, but a short walk away up the hill.
I really liked this place. We stayed in one of the units on Hudson. We'll kept and clean and we had fresh scones and muffins every morning.
