Prices are extremely fair especially when using the triple load washers and the newer dryers. The caretaker lady is very friendly and keeps the laundromat very clean. Parking is provided, there are snack machines, and some nice seating. A wonderful locally, family run, laundromat. Best I have used in a long time.
Use if you are rich and like to throw away your money. Otherwise, this place is very overpriced.

Local who wants to provide some context for the brown water situation. All of these happened during the couple days that the entire city's water was that color - why would the laundromat be any different?

As for my experience, it's always been fine. There are a few triple load washers that are a really good deal and I hope they get more of those, and the dryers work really fast. I can do basically 3 loads of laundry in an hour. I wish it was open a bit later, but I understand why the owner (who is the only employee I've ever seen there) wouldn't want to get up at 5am to open and stay up til after midnight to close 7 days a week. Beware the vending machine candy bars if it's really hot outside, they'll be all melty.
