I was recommended this company by my wedding venue as a possible shuttle service for my wedding. When I contacted them for a quote, I received an extremely rude and dismissive email back, saying that they refused to work with me because I wasn't affiliated with one of the local colleges. If you are an Ithaca local or planning your wedding, don't even waste your time with this company.
A great experience all around. They take great care of their customers on trips! The driver and tour guide were friendly and knowledgeable. We were educated about the destination's history, given maps, news/weather updates and coached us on navigating the area.
We used their 55 passenger coach for our wedding. They were one of the best priced places we found for a 55 person coach and we did a ton of searching. A few days out the verified all the stops and times were correct and they were. They made great time and made sure everyone was aboard before leaving. Highly suggest using them for your event.
They didn't seem to want my business too much. Sent in an online proposal for a quote. It automatically responded that they would get back to me in 24 hours - they didn't. When I called, the "sales" guy complained about them not being able to ever read their own online forms. Then he accidentally sent an email to me - that was supposed to go to the manager - saying "do we even want to do this trip?". I never heard back. Good luck.
Went on a wine tour. The driver took great care of us. They were very accommodating, and provided a very professional service. Great bus service to work with!
