Their customer service is very bad. They are very slow and don't care about customers. Also, the store has a lot of products which have higher price at cashier than one displayed at their aisles. You should keep watching carefully when you check out.
The shopping experience at BJ's is always a good one. Staff are friendly and helpful without fail. But I must single out Rob Warner in Optical - Rob is well-informed, friendly, helpful, and just a great guy in general. I never thought I would purchase glasses from anywhere but a boutique optical shop, but BJ's and Rob have changed that. My new glasses are top-of-the-line at half the typical cost. Thank you!

The people have been very nice, helpful and honest being they just opened the store. There are products at this BJ's That are not available at others which has been a plus for us, up until recently we had to drive to Rochester to find certain products so we are very happy to have one of this quality so close to home.
