After renting from LRE for 2 years I can honestly say I have absolutely no complaints! The staff is welcoming, friendly, and understanding and anytime I had any questions or concerns Nick was always very responsive and helpful. The common areas were always well-kempt and clean and the maintenance crew went above and beyond to resolve any issues. There is a gym in the building which is rare for college town and greatly appreciated during the long winter. My friends and I were genuinely sad to leave the place after graduation!
The Lambrou family is the best! They are so nice and welcoming, and their staff is extremely attentive to any and all apartment issues. Dan was an amazing superintendent. If you're renting in Ithaca, they're the people to rent from.
