I just ordered contacts about two weeks ago from this office. My contacts were here within a few days and I could not be happier! My glasses are perfect and I love the selection of frames that they have there, I even ordered two pairs! The staff is exceptionally nice and professional. Dr. Schwartz runs an amazing practice. I would definitely recommend this office to everyone I know. I won't go anywhere else!

Dr Schwartz himself is good and the other doctor who works with him is a very nice man. However, the staff at this office makes you want to drive to Jersey (Syracuse is too close) to find another doctor that is how insufferable Mary, Jessica and all these women are (by the way my husband and I both agreed they are terrible). They made mistakes on our bill, we called and they were adamant about being right and so rude, they kept saying "just check with your insurance" well we did and you charged us the wrong amount....no just check, I mean SO RUDE! So I made the trip and physically went back to the office, of course they made me wait an hour through their lunch since the lady who take cares of billing was away and once I showed her the mistake I was trying to explain over the phone and she never allowed me to place a word, well she fixed it but did not apologize. Not worth it, life is too short and although Ithaca is a small town, Schwartz is not the only doctor around. Go somewhere else.
Dr Schwartz is great, but his recepton girls are extremely rude and unpleasant to deal with.
I heard Orleo is pretty good!
Dr. Schwartz is fine. His front desk receptionist is not. Going into Vista Optical is still worse. The staff are disappointing.
