There are obviously some logistics problems behind the scenes.
This place is empty. No tables to sit at and not much in the way of decor. It's clearly meant to be a delivery place. Still, we bought a custom cookie ice cream sandwich (snicker doodles with apple pie ice cream), brownies Ala mode, and red velvet ice cream in a bowl and took them to a bench outside. The cookies were soft and chewy - very good. The ice cream was spot on, and the brownies tasty. Chocolate ice cream on a chocolate brownie thrilled me somewhat less, as the rich chocolate flavor of the brownie made the ice cream taste fake. But pretty good. We'd definitely call here for delivery again. It's just not the sit-down ice cream place we were looking for.

I mean, I love gooey cookies, but that's just me. Favorite cookie there is snickerdoodle.

I had placed an order for a promotional valentines day cookie to arrive valentines evening, the time my SO got home. Was hoping to surprise her. Over 2 hours later she was asleep and it never came, not even a call or a notification, I had to call the company's customer service line and get a refund. If you'd like to get your order delivered in a timely fashion (or at all), try to go when they don't have a high volume of orders.
Their cookies are great. Nothing beats a nice warm cookie.
